Mississippi Roast is a family favorite for sure. It's one of the few meals that the entire family can agree on. I can't remember the last time we had roast with carrots, potatoes, and onions because we love Mississippi Roast that much!!!
Get all of your ingredients together. Here is a list of what you will need.
1 packet of ranch seasoning
1 packet of au jus gravy mix
1 stick of butter
5 peperoncini peppers
Put your roast in the crock pot and cover roast with ranch seasoning, au jus gravy mix, butter, and peperoncinis. Place lid on crock pot and put on low for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, take your roast out of the crockpot and shred it. This shouldn't be hard, because it will practically fall apart. After you have it all shredded, place the shredded roast back into the juices in the crockpot.
Serve your shredded Mississippi Roast on a toasted bun or over mashed potatoes. Enjoy! We know you will.
